Asset Building Programs
Matched and bonus savings programs
Individual Development Accounts (IDA’s)
IDA’s are matched savings accounts designed to help working individuals and families save towards an asset goal. IDA’s can be used for homeownership or post secondary education.
By participating in an IDA program, individuals and families gain a financial education and are able to save money to obtain assets-home or education.
Opportunities to Assets (OPTA)
An OPTA account is a bonus and high interest bearing savings account. The monthly deposits add up over the length of the program, with the bonuses and high interest, the dollars add up even faster. Once the participant understands how easy it can be, they will be on a path to a lifetime of savings.
The participant is able to use their savings for any asset.
For more information on IDA’s or OPTA please contact MesaCAN at 480.833.9200
